• Not a Retailer: DealBot is not a retailer. We do not sell products directly. All purchases are made directly with third-party merchants.
• No Price Guarantee: Prices, availability, and deal terms can change without notice. Always verify the final price at the retailer's site before purchasing.
• Third-Party Terms: Your purchases are subject to the retailer's terms, policies, and warranty. DealBot is not responsible for any issues with third-party transactions.
• Commission Disclosure: We receive compensation when you make purchases through our links. This does not affect the price you pay.

User Content

You may submit deals, reviews, and other content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you:

• Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content
• Represent that you own or have rights to share the content
• Agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights

We reserve the right to remove any User Content without notice.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

AI-Generated Content

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Deal information will be accurate, complete, or current
• Any particular deal or price will be available
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEALBOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DealBot and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
